"Rethink" Riesling QbA Dry
White wine from GermanyWith Rethink, Schmitt Söhne developed a young and uncomplicated Riesling from the Mosel area. A wine grown on the mineral soils of the steep sunny slopes of the Mosel. It has a subtle to bright yellow colour with green nuances. The nose is fresh and clean with a fruity bouquet of apples and citrus. Rethink displays hints of peach, green apple and lemon. It is medium-dry with an harmonic and refreshing crispness.
