Other Rieslings

The International Range wines are produced from grapes grown in specifically established vineyards in the Rhine valley. The grapes are harvested, gently pressed and cooled to 40° F and held in the tank for two days to settle. The clear juice is then racked off and placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks for about three weeks. Fermentation takes place at 60° F. The results are elegant and stylish dryer wines.
